Brief Introduction

A179 L-type FIN Smls Tube is a high-efficiency heat exchange seamless steel tube, strictly manufactured in accordance with ASTM A179 standard (Standard Specification for Seamless Cold-Drawn Low-Carbon Steel Heat-Exchange Tubes). It integrates the structural advantages of seamless tubes and the enhanced heat transfer performance of L-type fins, mainly made of low-carbon steel materials with excellent ductility, weldability and thermal conductivity. The L-type fin structure is integrally formed with the seamless base tube, which not only avoids the hidden dangers of fin falling off caused by welding but also greatly increases the heat exchange area, improves heat transfer efficiency by 30%-50% compared with ordinary seamless tubes, and reduces energy consumption[1]. As a key component in heat exchange systems, this product has no welding seams in the base tube, ensuring high pressure resistance and structural stability, and can adapt to medium and low temperature and pressure working environments. It is widely used in thermal power, petrochemical, refrigeration, HVAC and other fields that require efficient heat exchange.
